Within the first 30 days, if we can not get you a good internet signal, you can return this router for a full refund on the router.

What can not be refunded is the $45 activation, $5 sim, and the first month’s payment!
Router Warranty

Routers have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Any damage that may occur due to electric surge, water damage, or customer abuse will not be covered under this warranty!
How does our internet work?

We use 4G LTE cellular signal to provide wireless internet services. We send Routers with SIM cards installed and activated with one of our unlimited data plans.

How does this compare to Satellite Internet?

Satellite is heavily affected by the weather and our internet is not affected.

Satellite internet has a very high latency, generally 500+ ms ping. Our internet typically gets between 40 to 100 ms ping.

We started selling our routers and unlimited Internet plans 6 years ago to provide flat-rate, affordable internet access to individuals who do not have access to traditional high-speed internet options and suffer from extreme overage charges.

The average household of 4 uses around 600GB of data a month. While we do have unlimited data any usage over 1000GB will be considered data abuse. The first time this happens will be a warning, the second time we will have to cancel your service.
